Our SaaS client is looking for a Director of Product Design to join their team full time!

The Director of Product Design will help lead the design of product experiences across an entire portfolio of services and lead a team of designers, collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketers and client success managers. The Director of Product Design will work with these teams to continuously gather insights from qualitative research, experiments and data analysis to iterate on the company's roadmap and build smarter products to help customers.

- Develop effective strategies to execute the company's vision of helping customers with their various offerings
- Work with the VP of Product to influence product strategy and the product roadmap, both short and long term
- Develop and evolve a common design language and a cohesive user experience (UX) across all products
- Evangelize best UI practices across the organization
- Partner with marketing to create a consistent experience in and out of the product
- Lead and mentor the Product Design team, provide innovative and creative design direction
- Mentor, develop, and help evolve the work of the product management & design team

- 8+ years experience designing and building products across mobile and desktop experiences
- Experience leading a repeatable, design process which incorporates user feedback and data
- Experience or training in UX, design thinking, methodology, and design operations
- Solid understanding of current future digital, marketing and technology trends across devices, platforms and digital channels
- Detail oriented, but a big picture thinker
- 3+ years experience managing people
- Comfort working in an agile, fast-paced environment
- Expert in Figma (or Sketch) and related prototyping tools.
