We are looking for an Art Director with a background in Hispanic and Bicultural marketing to work on a new QSR franchise located in Puerto Rico.

Conceptual ideator across all mediums. Visual Artist with in-depth knowledge of adobe suite and various multimedia applications. Including print, digital, video and social media. Always ready to pursue new creative applications and push one’s skill set to achieve creative concepts.

- Ideates and contributes in developing concept to completion campaigns rooted in timeless and contemporary Hispanic insights.
- Designs/Art directs ads which help build awareness of client projects and achieves target goals.
- Compositing concepts/ideas for client presentations.
- Ensures all creative work fits the brief given, brand guidelines and achieves target goals.

- A strong creative portfolio is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree required; 5 + years’ proven experience at an advertising agency or a creative in house agency; experience with Hispanic consumer segments; QSR experience a plus.
- SOLID understanding of Puerto Rican Culture and voice
- Fundamental design and typographic skills.
- Ability to organize and structure files comprehensively. Labeled and named that can apply to creatives internal, and external.
- Strong and collaborative communication skills amongst team members, creative and non-creative departments.
-Well-rounded in all mediums (TV, Digital/Social, Radio, OOH, Print, etc.)
- Bicultural & Bilingual
- Optimistic Solutionist has the hunger to push their creativity, software and concepts. Not afraid to experiment creatively and the energy to sell an idea to the team.
- Hand skills is a plus, sketching, storyboarding, illustrating.

This is a 30-40 a hour a week opportunity, slated to last through the end of 2021. May be required to travel to Puerto Rico.
