Our agency client is looking for a Digital Account Manager who specializes in eCommerce technology for a full-time opportunity.

The Digital Account Manager will be the main point of contact for up to 20 clients, helping grow their eCommerce business.

This Digital Account Manager must have a grasp of complex business rules, be able to assess risk, and articulate design and technical concepts to clients.

Digital Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Communicating with development teams, creative teams, clients, and 3rd party vendors
- Assist in estimating project time and costs
- Asses risks and communicate to clients
- Translate client needs into clear deliverables
- Manage ongoing maintenance and optimization for clients
- Assist in planning and implementing digital campaigns
- Create reports and roadmaps based on data
- Write detailed functionality specifications

Digital Account Manager Requirements:
- Background in eCommerce technology (Magento 2 experience preferred)
- Experience with Google AdWords and Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of eCommerce UX concepts
- Grasp technical concepts and translate to clients
- Agency experience preferred
