Our financial technology client is searching for a full-time UX Lead to partner with their Enterprise Design team.

The UX Lead will be responsible for Customer Support, Desktop Experiences, In-office Experiences, and Collaboration. This position would not only touch digital UX Design but also Service Design and strategy!

This UX Lead will act as a strategic partner to senior executives who lead employee experiences.

UX Lead Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and conduct initial discovery research to elicit the problem statement and identify potential further areas of improvement
- Collect existing data points around the problem area, conduct analysis on collected data to help baseline current state, highlight potential solutions, and define success measures
- Frame and summarize current state problems quickly using storyboards, experience maps, interactive walkthroughs, service blueprints
- Build prototypes to help rapidly test potential solutions
- Partner with UX research team to conduct, and analyze user research on existing systems and design prototypes
- Report different workstream status in effective and efficient manners for the team and executive leadership

UX Lead Requirements:
- 3+ years leading enterprise UX projects, 7+ user experience design
- Demonstrated service design experience
- Experience with service mapping
- Driven by measurable performance increases
- Comfortable with a remote working environment
- Expert with Sketch, Invision Studio, or other prototyping toolsets and the demonstrated ability to master new tools quickly

This is a full-time remote position.
