Our global brand and hospitality client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will play a critical role in supporting the internal Brand & Loyalty Team with planning, reporting, and tracking of marketing initiatives across a global brand portfolio.

The Marketing Coordinator will be working 40 hours per week, for approximately 4 months, onsite 1-3 days per week in their Bethesda, MD HQ.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative activities associated with the execution of marketing campaigns, including project coordination, meeting scheduling, asset tracking and organization.
- Coordinate all activities associated with brand and marketing including meeting planning, scheduling, communication and more.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate communications, and organize files and provide other administrative support.
- Monitor budgets and project tasks to maintain timelines and overall production of campaigns.
- Manage calendars, budgets and timelines, supporting executive level team members.

Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
- 1-2+ years professional project coordination experience in a marketing setting.
- Strong communication, project coordination and calendar management skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft suite and PowerPoint.
