Our multicultural agency client in Washington, DC is looking for an Paid Media Director to join their team. This is a full-time position and will require attendance at onsite meetings 3-4 times/days a month.

The ideal Paid Media Director will have a strong understanding of traditional and digital media strategies. You will be comfortable liaising directly with the clients to develop and grow the paid media business.

Duties of the Paid Media Director:
- Work directly with clients to develop paid media strategies, determine client campaign goals, and establish KPIs
- Mentor direct reports to ensure campaigns are executed properly and meet client requirements
- Work directly with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet client requirements and assign tasks
- Research and develop strategies for client
- Advise on pricing and competitive bids for clients
- Assist with the execution of paid media campaigns as needed
- Review campaign results and provide recommendations to optimize campaigns and stretch client budgets
- Assist with business development opportunities - educate clients on how paid media could bring value to their marketing campaigns

Requirements of the Paid Media Director:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, etc.
- 8+ years of content marketing, digital marketing, paid media, social media strategy
- Experience leading and growing a team
- Experience developing paid media strategies i.e. social, PPC, programatic, etc
- Experience working in an agency environment and interacting with clients
- Strong understanding of paid social strategies
- Experience working on campaigns targeting multicultural audiences highly preferred
