Our medical/healthcare not for profit client in Washington, DC is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to full-time contract. This position is 35 hours week, onsite Tuesday - Thursday and remote Monday/Friday.

Duties of the Project Coordinator:
- Coordinate projects - obtain documents, approvals - and communicate across teams
- Maintain and update cross team project tracker and provide status updates
- Create and maintain project management best practices and procedures documents
- Coordinator meetings, conference calls, agendas, material minutes
- Ensure projects meet deadlines
- Lightly proofread documents
- Assist with tracking expenses, invoices, approvals execute for project budgets and financial

Requirements of the Project Coordinator:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of project management, marketing, communications experience
- Experience working in a not for profit or association environment
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office
