Our healthcare focused association client in Silver Spring, MD is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join their team on a 6 month contract with a high likelihood of extension or possible FT.

This position is currently remote with possible onsite requirements in the future.

Duties of the Paid Media Specialist:
- Plan, execute and measure the digital advertising campaigns
- Develop targeted media plans based on specific programs, services, events to maximize audience reach
- Work to reduce cost per lead and increase customer acquisition
- Assist in educating internal stakeholders on paid social strategy, implementation and reporting
- Work closely with social and brand strategy teams to ensure paid strategies align with organic

Requirements of the Paid Media Specialist:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in digital media - focused on paid social
- Extensive experience using Google, Facebook, Instagram advertising
- Google Ads and Analytics certified highly preferred
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager
- Experience developing, executing, and reporting on paid initiatives search or social
- Experience providing recommendations for increasing ROI based on data
