Our national news network client is looking for a Motion Graphics Designer + Video Editor to join their team, working 35-40 hours/week for 3+ months, onsite in a hybrid model.

Candidates should have a strong reel that showcases video editing and motion graphics skills.

Motion Graphics Designer + Video Editor Responsibilities:
- Edit and cut 3 minute news segment, adding in motion graphics, text overlay and other enhancements to optimize production quality.
- Create motion graphics to add to segment, ensuring they align with overall story line.
- Cut video content, working alongside production teams to meet critical deadlines.
- Work quickly to produce one segment each day, ensuring motion graphics and video editing remain high quality.

Motion Graphics Designer + Video Editor Requirements:
- 3+ years video editing and motion graphics experience ; newsroom experience a plus.
- Exceptional experience in Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
- Ability to work quickly to meet strict deadlines and a quick learner.
- Must be able to work onsite at their DC office in a hybrid model.
