Our retail client is looking for a Marketing Technology Operations Analyst to work on operational execution and best practices for marketing technology tools.

The Marketing Technology Operations Analyst will determine requirements and system connections needed to measure work, analyze data to understand quantitative/qualitative performance and identify opportunities for improvement, design/develop/distribute key reports for the marketing organization, and help new team members with onboarding and training.

- 5+ years of experience
- Previous experience in Marketing Technology and/or Creative Service Operations - Strong analytical and problem solving skills -Ability to quickly retrieve, manipulate, analyze, and interpret data - Experience with Marketing Technology systems - Solid quantitative and research skills and proven data interpretation capabilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to prepare clean and concise leadership-ready documents.

This is a 40 hour a week, 100% virtual, freelance opportunity
