Our client is a healthcare leader that is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join their team for an ongoing engagement.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Marketing Automation Manager that geeks out about every step of creating automated campaigns.

The Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for all aspects of setting up drip campaigns.
- Clean up, condense, and segment current customer lists
- Assign lead score to different customer segments
- Create drip campaigns logic to target each segmented group, (mix of email, landing pages, forms, etc.)
- Design, test, and send out the emails that are part of each campaign

The Marketing Automation Manager MUST be able to design in the Adobe Creative Suite, as you will be responsible the design elements of the email, (banners, photography selection, layout, template creation, etc.)

The ideal Marketing Automation Manager is hands on with HTML and CSS. This allows you to design within Pardot

The Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for the following analytics:
- A/B Email Testing in Pardot
- Adjusting lead scoring based on campaign performance
- Create new buyer personas and drip campaigns based on performance
