Our client, a creative marketing firm focused on consumer products, has a full time opportunity for an Assistant Account Manager. This position starts on May 1st.

We are looking for an Assistant Account Manager with 1+ years of experience who can communicate proactively and manage client relationships and internal creative teams with ease. This role is focused on managing projects to create consumer products and requires a lot of logistics and coordinating with vendors, so strong organization and communication skills are a must!

Assistant Account Manager Responsibilities:
-Coordinate print & packaging projects with internal creative and external partners:
---proactively manage client communications & work flows
---quoting and cutting purchase orders
---maintaining budgets
---developing and managing timelines
---managing inventory and product stock levels
---organizing electronic data
---preparing meeting agendas and recaps
-Planning and preparation for client events and presentations

Assistant Account Manager Experience Required:
-1+ years of work experience, ideally in a client-facing account services role
-Strong organization and communication skills
-Results-oriented, entrepreneurial self-starter
-Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with a team
-Experience working in Netsuite and Workfront is a PLUS
