Our client, a leading facility services company, is in need of a Marketing Proposal Coordinator to help the sales team create content for each RFI and RFP response. This is a remote long-term freelance assignment with the possibility to turn full-time for the right candidate!

In this role, you will work closely with sales leadership to develop RFPs, RFIs, document production, presentations and other bid content.

Required:
- Strong MS Office skills
- Fully proficient in Adobe applications and tools
-Salesforce knowledge
-Project management skills
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-4/6 years of direct proposal and RFP experience preferred
-2 years of editing or writing experience required
