Director Marketing Operations

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Marketing Operations to be responsible for collaborating with leadership to ensure the effective measurement and execution of a wide variety of marketing campaigns across the lead lifecycle.

The Director of Marketing Operations will be accountable for
helping a fast-growing organization scale up operations, while getting the most out of a MarTech stack that integrates with Salesforce.

Responsibilities of the Director of Marketing Operations:
- Lead and build a small, mighty team, supporting the business in a scalable way
- Create and optimize campaign and lead lifecycle operations across marketing, sales and
customer success, including processes, workflows, and automations that drive team effectiveness
- Ensure RevOps team priorities are aligned and Marketing business objectives are met across business systems, enablement, and business intelligence projects
- Define, manage and communicate reports and dashboards that effectively communicate marketing performance, partnering closely with business intelligence to build reports and provide key opportunity analysis
- Guide and support the management, implementation, and troubleshooting tech stack integrations such as Marketo and Pardot, Salesforce, Drift, Google Analytics, Asana, etc.
- Lead processes and system changes to ensure compliance with email, privacy, and more.

REQUIRED for the Dirctor of Marketing Operations:
- 7+ years in startup or growth-stage tech company marketing operations or equivalent experience
- Experience managing a full suite of marketing automation software. The stack includes: Salesforce, GetSiteControl, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Drift, Pardot, Zapier,, Hotjar, and coming soon: Contentful, Marketo, Seismic
- Exceptional knowledge of SMB SaaS marketing best practices, including metrics/key performance indicators
- Excellent analytical skills and problem solving capabilities
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing senior level stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
- Effective communicator, facilitator and collaborator
- Significant hands-on experience implementing and optimizing processes, procedures and tools
- Entrepreneurial mindset that is constantly seeking creative solutions and proactively identifying new areas for improvements

- First-hand experience working with small business restaurants
- You are experienced with Asana and Google Suite

This is a 40 hour a week opportunity that is remote.
