Our corporate client has an exciting full-time opportunity for a Marketing Automation Specialist to be part of a team developing and executing integrated employee communications and content.

The Marketing Automation Specialist will lead the development, execution and maintenance of all internal email marketing programs to engage employees.

The Marketing Automation Specialist role requires someone to think creatively and work collaboratively with the creative design, marketing analytics, and technology teams in creating, launching and tracking email lifecycle programs.

REQUIRED for the Marketing Automation Specialist:
- Experience managing email marketing campaigns, ideally using Adobe Marketo.
- Bachelors degree, ideally in computer science, marketing, communications or business preferred
- HTML knowledge
- Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data and ability to synthesize data into insights and insights into actionable programs
- STRONG attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a team environment and help resolve any impasses during a project
- Experience managing email distribution lists
- Intermediate experience with Photoshop and/or Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of photo editing
- A collaborative spirit and experience working with writers, designers and developers
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying timelines
- Ability to build positive relationships with departments and employees across the organization/globe
- Proven ability to effectively organize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Ability to integrate research and creative work concepts into daily activity
- Positive, flexible attitude that lends itself to effective communications and teamwork
- Demonstrates a thirst for knowledge and learning and demonstrates continual improvement in communications skills.
- Efficiency in word processing, reporting and presentation development

This is a full-time opportunity that is ideally hybrid with 1 to 3 days in the office near the Battery.
