Sr. eCommerce Manager

Our fin-tech client is looking for a Senior eCommerce Manager to work within their marketing team to help manage and transform the consumer experience on the largest lease-to-own marketplace to increase lease originations, average order values, conversion rates, and more.

- Lead and grow ecommerce/product content team while assisting in developing our online strategy
- Provide expertise on current eCommerce industry best practices and actively participate in projects to ensure ecommerce principles are incorporated
- Optimize and fully leverage existing tool sets to grow revenue, customer experience and LTV
- Work cross-departmentally with development team to assist in the migration from a proprietary ecommerce marketplace to Magento 2
- Identify opportunities to expand eCommerce business with a focus on mobile first and conduct competitor analysis to inform positioning and create a roadmap for gaining market share
- Oversee the planning and development of our marketplace sales calendar and ensure all cross functional deliverables are met in accordance with assigned deadlines
- Manage sales, promotions, and new product launches across the marketplace
- Responsible for website design, on-site personalization, A/B testing, data analysis, and market research
Research, develop and execute strategic online merchandising and marketing plans
- Proven track record of increasing web site revenue and improving conversion rates
- Leverage web analytics to understand customer interaction with site content, product range and general online shopping experiences to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and execute monthly promotions and flash sales
- Create SOPs and project trackers for internal and interdepartmental use
- Ensure accuracy of all creative assets, linking, promotions and product attribution for the site
- Work with development team to resolve any issues and errors that occur on the website
- Owner of all retail and third-party vendor relationships
- Devise and execute strategies to maximize sales volume and increase market share of our products by deploying online marketing strategies, crafting digital coupon offers, and collaborating with SEO agency to maximize search engine optimization

- 4+ years of experience managing eCommerce websites
- Bachelors degree in related field
- Experience with Magento 2 REQUIRED
- Marketplace experience preferred
- Project management experience
- Google Analytics experience required
- Experience with personalization platform Reflektion preferred
- Experience with A/B testing platforms
- Experience with eCommerce platform migrations preferred
- Demonstrated track record as a problem-solver and strategic thinker with proven success
- Experience with eCommerce strategy, design and development, and content production
- Experience analyzing eCommerce performance metrics (conversion rates, CTR, bounce rates)

This is a full-time opportunity. Currently 100% remote, but moving to hybrid at the end of 2022.
