Our client, a global Fortune 200 financial technology company, is looking for an Intranet Product Manager to join their marketing technology and operations team full time.

***Please note, this role will require you to work 4-5 days onsite at the company's office in Alpharetta, GA. You also must be fully vaccinated against COVID19 in order to be considered.***

In this role, the Intranet Techology Manager will be responsible for the build out, maintenance, optimization and measurement of the company's intranet (Sharepoint and Sharepoint Online) which serves as a key communication channel for all associates. You will collaborate with across teams and business units to deliver technical capabilities that help drive strategic messaging through the intranet. You will partner with internal and external technology teams on project delivery across requirements gathering, testing and deployment, as well as troubleshooting business or technical issues reported by users. Additional responsibilities include:

- drive the roadmap for the company's intranet
- evaluate emerging technologies that help enhance intranet strategy as well as developing new growth strategies
- maintain Sharepoint / Sharepoint Online
- act as governance oversight to reinforce channel standardization and usage
- supporting technical enhancements by gathering user requirements, planning and executing pilot roll-outs and creating and deploying use acceptance test plans
- work with analytics teams to assess intranet usage
- work with technology teams and software vendors on technical questions and implementation upgrades; help troubleshoot questions and issues in conjunction with roadmap development
- manage and collaborate with agencies and external vendors

Qualifications for the Intranet Technology Manager include:

- BA / BS degree
- 5+ years of experience as a technical project manager, product manager or intranet manager
- strong analytical skills
- knowledge of web development, CMS and web management tools; experience with Sharepoint / Sharepoint Online preferred but not required
- general knowledge of web development technologies and processes
- proven experience managing technology initiatives, developing business cases and working with business partners and stakeholders
- experience in vendor and channel management
- excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
