Our large residential real estate client is seeking a Creative Content Manager to start in less than 2 week to support marketing efforts for the next several weeks.
This is an hybrid, 40 hours a week contract or direct-hire opportunity. Onsite requirements are 3 days in-office - you choose dates.
The Creative Content Manager will:
-Manage daily social media presence and regularly update external social sites ( Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other emerging sites)
-Drive strong engagement to and organic growth of all social media communities
-Leverage additional existing and new software to improve the customer experience on social channels
The Creative will:
-Act as lead for managing agencies
-Oversee the companys programs, marketing system, photography management, digital asset management
-Seek out advertising opportunities on a regional basis
-Maintain and update Brand Standards and Guidelines
The Ally will:
-Manage and support all lease-up efforts in the east coast markets
-Represent the Boston, DC, Maryland, and Virginia markets as the regional marketing expert, recommending, outlining, and managing strategic marketing plans.
- Ensure traffic opportunities to the communities are being maximized, marketing standards are being followed, and renovations and lease-ups are on budget as far as traffic/leases
-Assist with 3rd party RFP new business presentations as needed
-All other responsibilities as deemed appropriate by supervisor
The Writer will:
-Work with our Senior Vice President of Customer Experience with written communication to prospects, residents, associates, and internal customers.
-Manage sustainability and DEI communications.
MUST HAVE:
- 3-5 years experience in social media management
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Art, or a related field is required
- Experience with the Adobe creative suite is preferred.
- Experience with digital marketing Ad campaigns such as Google and SEO will be useful for this role.
