Our client, a global Fortune 200 financial technology company, is looking for a Director, Corporate Communications to join their team.

***Please note, this role will require you to work full time onsite at the company's HQ in Alpharetta, GA. You also must be fully vaccinated against COVID19 in order to be considered.***

In this role, the Director, Corporate Communications will drive the successful development and execution of corporate communications strategies through the creation of communications plans, key messages and content for several business units. Specific responsibilities include:

Leading the development of communication plans, key messages and content for business segments aligned with corporate priorities, global communications strategies, brand culture, values and framework
Working with key stakeholders to align on communications deliverables
Designing and supporting executive communications platforms for select leaders; developing and writing content programming for associate updates
Leading the planning, presentation development and successful execution of communications deliverables for internal and external events, programs and projects
Writing innovative and creative messaging that incorporates a broad range of communications mediums while interweaving consistent themes
Own execution of routine communication touchpoints: virtual town hall meetings, webinars, focus groups, emails, intranet communications, associate events, newsletters and related internal communications
Support development of various communications strategies and channels
Engage associates and drive positive behavior in support of employer brand, fostering connection to companys brand and value proposition

Requirements for the Director, Corporate Communications include:

- 8-10+ years of corporate communications experience in global, multi-segment organizations
- strong change management skills and experience with transformation, integration and organizational change
- strong writing and communication skills with gravitas to work with leaders at all levels of an organization
- self-starter, ability to take initiative and thrive in an agile setting
- experience working external resources, vendors and agencies
- Bachelors degree
