Our client, a global financial services technology company, is looking for a Digital Asset Product Manager to join their team full time.

***Please note, this role requires you to work onsite 5 days per week in the Alpharetta, GA office. You must be fully vaccinated against COVID19 in order to be considered for this opportunity.***

In this role, the Digital Asset Product Manager will act as the subject matter expert for all things Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), working closely with other stakeholders of other technology stacks to ensure business needs and seamless integrations. You'll establish KPIs around the use and consumption of digital content and assets that align to larger digital analytics strategy. You'll also be responsible for folder and field structure within AEM, including monitoring, reporting and analyzing tool usage. As the product owner of the tool, you will also set up and assign usage permissions and identify and communicate governance violations.

Specific responsibilities for Digital Asset Product Manager include:

- serving as primary source for training new used of AEM assets and creating / managing user documentation
- managing group permissions and general user administration
- document and communicate strategies for AEM; define and KPIs aligned to overall digital analytics strategy
- define, document and execute plans to integrate with other tools in within the tech stack
- develop understanding of user needs and tailored solutions
- establish reporting structure and cadence, track project progress and communicate emerging issues
- managing user credentials: providing new and credentials, assigning permissions and revoking as needed
- define and lead testing plans for upgrades and conduct system testing
- communicate and enforce governance policies and procedures; serve as main point of conatct for all updates
- manage the creation of training assets and materials

In order to be considered for this role, the Digital Asset Product Manager must have:

- minimum 8+ years of experience managing technology implementation and integration projects in large organizations
- strong project management, business analysis and data analysis experience
- strong application and technical prowess in DAMs, ideally AEM
- superior communication and interpersonal skills; experience working with all levels of an organization
- highly detailed, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and autonomously
- strong PC skills; MS Outlook, Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio and MS Project or equivalent project tool
- Bachelors degree or higher
