Our client, a global Fortune 200 financial technology company, is looking for a Director, Global Brand Management to join their team.

***Please note, this role will require you to work full time onsite at the company's HQ in Alpharetta. You also must be fully vaccinated against COVID19 in order to be considered.***

In this role, the Director, Global Brand Management will develop, implement and drive strategies that strengthen and drive awareness to the corporate brand positioning across all global entities. You're a creative marketer who balances creativity, process and critical thinking with a passion for brand and the ability to create brand ambassadors. Partnering with global stakeholders across a large portfolio, you'll act as an enthusiastic brand ambassador to drive brand awareness, adoption, understanding and support for the company's primary brand standards and promise. As the leader of the brand's voice and identity, you'll act as an advisor to understand brand market share, make recommendations and build trust within global teams, guiding them on brand adoption.

Responsibilities for the Director, Global Brand Management include:

- develop, drive and maintain brand standards for primary and sub-brands; make updates, review regularly and create new standards where needed
- drive development of brand documentation and implement brand review process; including branding, naming, usage standards, etc.
- define strategy, write and publish brand updates to global associates
- drive development and updates to all corporate materials, templates, etc. across global brand and sub-brands
- collaborate with corporate communications and corporate real estate to establish regular communications and maintenance of brand standards in physical locations
- collaborate with market research team to recommend brand research and measurement tools to enhance effective engagement with local markets
- ensuring brand voice, messaging and visual identity are consistent across all materials
- identify and share best practices, foster a sprit of quality and creative excellence
- manage agency partnerships and lead marketing and advertising efforts specific to brand management

In order to be considered for this role, the Director, Global Brand Management must have:

- at least 10-15+ years of brand management experience for a branded house, not a house of brands; understanding of financial services is a plus
- 10+ years in brand management, creative services and brand architecture development and positioning
- deep understanding of brand management as it relates to client and market experience and perception
- proven ability to manage multiple high-priority, high visibility projects in a fast-paced setting
- experience in highly visible roles and working with all levels of an organizations, including Executive Suite
- proven experience as a thought leader and managing direct reports
- well-organized, detail-oriented and strategically minded
- ability to travel up 25% of the time
- Bachelors degree required
