Our client, a global finance technology company, is looking for a Digital Channels Manager to join their global brand team, full time.

***Currently the team is remote until January 18, but then expected to be back onsite. In order to be considered for this role, you must be willing to work ONSITE in Alpharetta. You also must be fully vaccinated against COVID19 in order to be considered.***

In this role, the Digital Channels Manager will act as the owner of two mission-critical communication platforms: the company's robust intranet site (built on Sharepoint) and in-office digital signage initiatives. Working closely with marketing leadership, you'll act as the Product Manager to drive digital transformation programs and deliver business outcomes for the two channel outlets. You must become an internal subject matter expert in the organizations intranet and digital signage programs.

Specific responsibilities include:

- coordinating with enterprise content strategists and contributors to plan, develop and execute intranet and digital signage initiatives
- building a network of experts in each digital channel to create content administration and create process / content optimization and best practices
- support and provide input on digital communications roadmap for intranet and digital signage
- collaborate with content creators to optimize and streamline messages for digital channels
- interface with development and technical teams
-maintaining digital properties by: monitoring associate engagement, channeling user experience
- enabling content administrators for each site to drive local digital content
- training associates on intranet and digital signage technologies
- helping plan and execute digital technology pilots
- evaluating end to end experience across intranet and digital channels
- establishing and reinforcing channels standards and utilization

Requirements for the Digital Channels Manager include:

- minimum 5+ years of experience in digital channel management, communications and / or marketing
- excellent analytical thinking skills; process-oriented mentality
- working knowledge of web development and CMS management tools; Sharepoint knowledge highly desired
- excellent project management and communication skills
- proven experience managing technology initiatives and working with business marketers
- BA/BS degree required
