Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to help drive revenue by creating and executing marketing programs that promote their solutions to small business merchants.

The ideal Marketing Manager will be a strong project manager and have experience supporting a variety of initiatives and leading programs that drive awareness and interest.

The Marketing Manager will manage direct and channel marketing program details, oversee merchant data accessed and used for successful program execution, engage inside sales and relationship managers to launch campaigns, and support other marketing programs on the team as needed. Responsible for weekly tracking and reporting of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:
- Marketing Program/Project Management: support and lead activation of multiple marketing initiatives and tactics (eg email/digital) - coordinate program details, engage supporting teams to ensure programs launch timely, and provide updates to stakeholders as needed
- Data/Analytics: Retrieve lists/data for all marketing programs - ensure lists target appropriate merchants for each campaign and manage lists for partner/marketing exclusions to maintain compliance
- Reporting/Marketing Analytics: Track and report performance of programs weekly to show effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Sales Engagement: Inform relationship managers of upcoming marketing programs, present programs for review by partners, create overview documents to help prepare inside sales for marketing programs, and set up Salesforce campaigns to track programs effectively
- Content and Collateral Development: Develop assets for marketing programs and sales assets as needed. Ensure all marketing campaigns and collateral meet brand and messaging standards.

Required Experience for the Marketing Manager:
- Bachelors degree
- Experience successfully managing projects that involve moving parts and multiple teams/departments/resources
- 3+ years of marketing program management, tracking and reporting experience
- Experience writing and editing messages for external-facing materials
- Strong leadership skills, ability to perform under the pressure and optimize the team's resources to attain the business goals
- Strong written and presentation skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills with all kinds of people at all levels inside and outside the organization
- Strong knowledge PowerPoint, Salesforce, Marketo, and latest marketing technologies desired.

This is a 40 hour a week, freelance to possible full-time opportunity!
