Our transportation and logistics client is seeking a full time Social Media Manager to join their team!

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for the strategy and execution of all Social Media efforts across the organization.

Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Provide client social media strategy and oversight
- Create and post engaging, high-quality content for all client social media platforms
- Manage social media platforms - idea generation, content creation, planning and scheduling of all social media content
- Monitor SEO and user engagement to build professional recommendations for content optimization across all platforms
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

Social Media Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Content Specialist or in a similar role
- Good understanding of social media KPI?s and SEO
- Must be highly able to work independently and efficiently on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines
- Must possess excellent and professional grammar and written communication skills
- Must be able to write content and act as editor while thinking strategically
- Must have professional social media content examples
- Must be comfortable working with C-Level executives AND blue-collar employees to develop stories
- Must work well within a creative team environment
- Transportation and Logistics industry experience a plus
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Canva
- Experience with video production software
- Proficiency with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok) required
