Our financial technology client is looking for a UX Design Lead to join their Client-serving technology team.

The UX Design Lead Responsibilities:
- Guides the design of new digital user experiences and serves as the day-to-day client contact for design
- Owning the production of wireframes and prototypes to improve the level of engagement and happiness that a user derives from the product
- Supervises medium / large team of UX Designers and Visual Designers
- Designs and facilitates team and client workshops, project phase and client goals

UX Design Lead Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, Interaction Design, Human Factors, Cognition Psychology, Cognitive Science, Informatics, Design, or related field preferred
- Solid understanding of UX design: Wireframes, Information Architecture, Usability
- Proficient with Sketch, Invision, Adobe Suite
- Experience with pattern libraries and design systems
- Familiarity with user experience metrics and analytics tools
- Enterprise product strategy and design
- Experience working with Agile product development process
- Experience in financial or related industries
