Production Coordinator ? Events/Live Streams

Rate Up to $30 an hour
Our Fortune 100 client has an immediate need for a Production Coordinator to coordinate pre-production, production, and post-production on events/live streams.

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinating pre-production, production, and post-production on events/live streams
- Intake requests and work with project manager to ensure deadlines are obtainable
- Working with internal clients and production vendors to ensure all creative assets are delivered for live stream/event production
- When needed: go on-set for live stream/event productions
- Maintaining task lists, due dates, and project statuses within Workfront
- Filing talent releases & paperwork
- Assisting in organization of internal/external casting, wardrobe fittings, props and more

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years of proven production experience; preferably in an agency or in-house agency setting
- Self-starter, hungry to learn processes quickly
- Adaptable and flexible to try things and do what is needed to help the team

This is a 40hr/week freelance opportunity that will require you being onsite on Thursdays. Travel as needed for shoots and events!
