Our food client is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing who is looking to grow a team and join a company during its exciting scale-up phase. This is a unique opportunity to own a department and pave the path for a brand that has a cool bricks & mortar presence and a large online business.

What you'll be doing as the Director of Growth Marketing in this role:
- Leading the marketing team to ensure sales targets are met via partnerships and comms, creative, social, retail, digital user acquisition, and awareness.
- Working alongside the Creative Director to ensure brand alignment with growth initiatives.
- Bridging the customer's experience between their in-store and digital offerings.
- Implementing loyalty & referral programs.
- Modeling growth for an omni channel marketing environment.

Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years exp as a Growth Marketing Manager or Director, Senior Digital Marketing Manager, or Senior Performance Marketing Manager.
- Experience leading teams of people.
-An analytical, numbers and data based way of thinking.
- CPG/shopper marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Experience as a Marketing Analyst earlier on in your career
