Creative Project Coordinator - Fully Remote/Off-site

Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to manage the updating of numerous print and digital assets including revisions to the design and content.

What you'll be doing in this role as Project Coordinator:
- Working with client to understand full list of assets that need to be updated including what type of updates, what resources are required to participate and various levels of approval.
- Creating a tracking document to list assets and track progress of updates.
- Assigning the correct resources to each project, ensuring they understand changes to be made, what files are to be updated and timelines.
- Keeping track of assets as they move through the editing, approval and final file phase.
- Using your understanding of the design and copywriting process to ensure timelines are realistic and include all stages of the creative process are considered.

Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager or similar role.
- Clear understanding of the creative process for copy and design, roles and responsibilities and activities related to complete a project.
- Experience creating tracking sheets, maintaining them and sharing progress.
- Understanding of how to assign resources to a project appropriately.
- Following approval process for final files.
- Flagging any issues that will affect the ability of the team to complete their tasks.
