Our multinational client is looking for a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Director to lead the future of their Canadian division. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to drive the online business of a long-standing, reputable brand.

What you'll be doing as the Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Director in this role:
- Leading a team of 10+ people who are managing their brands' presences across various retailer websites.
- Transforming their business from in-store to online in the next 5 years.
- Communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders across their US and Canada operations.
- Helping move all of the company's sub-brands to online-first.
- Working on profit margins, ROI and sales data. Creating reports and making recommendations.
- Paving a future for the brand (please note this brand is already huge).

Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years exp as Director in the areas of digital marketing, ecommerce, online sales, or other.
- Some exposure to the beauty/fashion/CPG space.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.

Our client will support your relocation and the coordination of a visa.
