Marketing Coordinator - Fully Remote/Off-site

Our client, an architecture and design firm based in Philadelphia, is looking for a freelance Marketing Coordinator to join their team!

This is a fully remote opportunity for 10 hours a week until the end of the year with possibility for long-term extension.

The Marketing Coordinator will be:
• Researching and tracking new business opportunities and industry trends
• Preparing and updating internal presentations
• Helping to maintaining project information database and firm boilerplate
• Updating website content
• Administrative duties including tracking deadlines and data collection
• Working in a team atmosphere to support firm leaders and business development efforts

The Marketing Coordinator will have:
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge and/or curiosity about architecture, engineering, interior design
• An aptitude for working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented department
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign)
• Experience in AEC marketing is a plus
