Our client in the EdTech industry is looking for a Paid Media Manager to join their team in Toronto full-time.

This will be Monday-Friday. This position is fully remote.

What you will be doing as a Paid Media Manager:
-Manage multi-million dollar paid media campaigns across all digital channels including SEM, paid social, and display advertising
-Gain a holistic view of paid marketing activities throughout the entire funnel including re-marketing, nurturing activities, loyalty building, and storytelling
-Support our digital content marketing initiatives through post boosting and maximizing reach, followers, and engagement
-Manage vendor and agency relationships to support lead generation and conversion activities
-Allocate and evaluate budgets across our various educational programs, identify growth opportunities, and optimize across programs and channels
-Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify growth and optimization opportunities across channels, platforms, and within the funnel
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide marketing insights and the necessary marketing support (e.g. promotion, market research, and product feature launch)
-Lead on the creation,maintenance, and reporting of lead attribution and marketing analytics
-Management and implementation of all conversion tracking
-Measure marketing initiatives against metrics to quantify campaign success and identify actionable insights to drive new opportunities
-Produce various meaningful reports, including reports for the wider marketing team to make data-driven decisions, executive-level reports, and more

What you need to know as a Paid Media Manager:
- 4+ years of experience
-Excellent interpersonal skills: able to present, lead conference calls
-Experience working in the Education Sector is a plus
-Attention to detail, confidence to question the status quo, and like to investigate root causes
-Self-motivated and show an ability to work autonomously as and when required
-Comfortable in an environment that moves fast and changes often, where you will be measured against your ability to meet core objectives
-Experience with Salesforce is a GREAT TO HAVE
-Experience working with Datorama or similar attribution tools
-Experience organizing workloads, prioritizing projects, and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-pace, results-driven organization
