Our client, a global brand experience agency, headquartered in Philadelphia, is looking for a Digital Coordinator to join their team for a short-term freelance opportunity with possibility for extension!

This is a fully remote opportunity for 8 weeks for 10 hours a week.

The Digital Coordinator will be:
- Supporting the client's event production team by scheduling internal calls, creating call agendas, and sharing next steps and key action items
- Working with internal and client teams to help manage deliverables, timelines and overall logistics

The Digital Coordinator will have:
- 1 - 2 years' experience in an similar role doing marketing coordination, account/project management and/or live event production
- Proficient in GSuite, Zoom, WebEx, and Slack
- Strong organization and communication skills
