Our client, an award winning healthcare education and marketing firm, is looking for a Instructional Designer.

This role will work closely with business development, client services, and content teams to help deliver the highest quality needs assessments, proposals, and project executions.

Responsibilities:
• Leading teams in the design, development, and evaluation of clinical learning experiences, including branched virtual patient simulations.
• Assessing disease state, product, and brand awareness needs for clients.
• Researching updates from clinical, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries to inform and advise editorial and business development teams.

Requirements:
• Possess an advanced Instructional Design degree and 3- - 3+ years of E-Learning work experience (BS, Masters certification, PhD, EdD, etc).
• Possess exceptional verbal, analytical, written, and presentational communication skills.
• Understand the processes of clinical research, pharmaceutical product development, and approvals.
• Demonstrate superior interpersonal skills to create and sustain relationships with clinicians, clinical educators, and industry leaders.
• Be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
