Our client, a media planning and buying agency, located right outside of Philadelphia, is looking for a Paid Search Media Strategist and a Paid Search Media Director to join their Paid Search team for full-time opportunities

These are full-time opportunities, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, for the foreseeable future. This role is fully remote. The client is requiring COVID-19 vaccination for this position.

The Paid Search Media Strategist:
- will be developing and managing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads
- will be using search strategy and structure, including keyword development, campaign build, and bid strategy in search management platform
- will be communicating with internal planning teams, specialists across digital disciplines, and representatives from various search platforms
- will be working with the Reporting & Analysis team to facilitate reporting and analysis while reconciling media invoices
- will have at least 4 years of paid search media buying experience
- will have experience working directly with Google Ads
- will have a Google Ads certification is highly preferred

The Paid Search Media Director:
- will be confident working directly with clients to articulate search strategy that drives business outcomes
- will be communicating regularly with internal planning teams, as well as specialists across digital disciplines including programmatic and social media
- will be building relationships with representatives from various search platforms
- will be designing advanced search strategy and structure across large accounts, including keyword development, campaign build, and optimization bid strategy in search management platform
- will be overseeing day-to-day performance across campaigns, including monitoring, identifying, and implementing optimizations
- will be supervising, training, developing and managing junior team members

Both roles will have:
- experience working with Google Analytics, Bing, Search Ads 360, Kenshoo, SEM Rush,
- proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Microsoft Teams
- digital strategy experience with a focus on Paid Search,
- understanding of other digital advertising channels including SEO, social media, programmatic, display and video
