Our client, one the fastest growing eCommerce automotive brands in America, is looking to hire a full-time Email Marketing Specialist to join their team.

This position will begin remote, and ideally move into a hybrid schedule in Fall 2021, where candidate will ideally be onsite 2-3 days per week, in their Trevose, PA location.

The Email Marketing Specialist will be:
- supporting the CRM Manager on day-to-day email set up and deployment while taking ownership of the setup, execution, while monitoring and analyzing emails and SMS campaigns weekly through KPIs and conversion rates
- maintaining and updating the CRM marketing calendar to keep all teams involved and updated on campaign progress
- learning and understanding the CRM capabilities while advocating for ways to increase efficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and make recommendations for improved performance
- managing the creation of ad hoc/promotional campaigns and maintenance of transactional email campaigns
- conducting A/B testing, scheduling deliveries and designing automated triggers to optimize and improve campaign performance.
- troubleshooting technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, email opt-outs and automation triggers

This Email Marketing Specialist will have:
- at least 2-4 years experience working on an email marketing channel, ideally from the eCommerce, retail and B2C space
- Bachelors in marketing or communication is preferred
- experience working with ESPs, CRMs, HubSpot would be ideal
- proficient in Google Analytics, A/B testing, tracking and analyzing KPIs and conversion metrics
