Our client, an industry-leading beauty brand, is looking for a Content and Communications Director or Senior Manager to join their team.

In this Content and Communications Director role you will:
- Lead a team responsible for:
-- Social media communications and consumer engagement
-- Influencer and artist relations and marketing
-- PR (media relations and crisis communications)
-- Retail events (in-person or virtual)
- Partner with Canada and global stake holders to support business goals (sales events, product launches and brand marketing)
- Act as the local champion providing a Canadian lens on global initiatives

Qualifications for this Content and Communications Director role:
- 7+ years' experience in communications, content and/or PR leadership
- Fashion and retail experience
- You are a strong leader who will can focus on cohesiveness to lead your team to achieve business goals
- You are a strong communicator who excels at listening, learning, understanding and executing
- You are an adaptable leader who can learn and thrive in a highly-matrixed global organization
