Our client, a full service digital agency in Central NJ, is looking for an Account Manager and Senior Account Manager, to join their diverse team for full-time opportunities. Currently their team is working remote, and the ideal candidate would be able to be in the office a couple days per week as restrictions are lifted.

They offer competitive health/dental benefits, PTO after 90 days.

This Account Manager will be:
- Working with their digital, creative and internal teams, as well as external clients and vendors
- Planning, developing and managing digital and marketing strategies
- Client facing and understanding of client needs to achieve their marketing goals
- Facilitating kick off meetings and writing creative briefs for client approvals
- Creating and managing client budgets and estimate proposals
- Facilitate and lead project presentations

The Account Manager will have:
- Bachelors in communications or marketing
- 5+ years experience in account / project management
- Experience working within an agency setting
- Client facing experience, working with internal and external teams and clients
- Proven record at building, managing and growing client relationships
- Knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Key Note, Zoom, Teams, Google Meet
- experience in overseeing web development, re-branding projects, digital and integrated marketing campaigns
