Packaging / Design Coordinator - WFH Flexible

Our client is looking to bring on a Packaging Coordinator in a contract role, 30-40 hours per week with the potential to go full-time.

*Looking for candidates with any type of Graphics industry experience in a Proofreading capacity*

Day to Day:
The Packaging Coordinator will be review work orders to ensure work is completed correctly. You will reference style guides - does the work follow those style guides and brand standards? The main deliverable for review will be packaging for various CPG products. You'll check nutrition info - are the legal requirements met? Where should the country of origin be placed? You are the final set of eyes within production and final layout - confirming the final products meets the work order request across copy, project standards and regulatory requirements.

Background / Experience we are seeking in candidates:
- 0 to 2 years of previous PM, Coordinator, production, printing, or design experience
- Experience in file checking and cross checking for completion of work orders, reviewing to ensure product descriptors are correct and signing off on client’s detailed specifications
- Basic understanding of effective print, photo studio and/or digital production, processes, roles, tools and workflows is helpful
