Our client, a family owned, retail and ecommerce business, located in South Jersey is looking for a full time, Customer Experience Designer to join their growing marketing team.

This opportunity is Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. Currently the marketing team is working remote, but there maybe times this person is asked to be onsite for executive leadership meetings. If/when they return to the office, this person is expected to be onsite Monday through Friday.

The Customer Experience Designer will be:
- optimizing visual merchandising of brand's eCommerce experience on their website and mobile app
- increase value of the brand through digital marketing campaigns, through email, mobile, and social media
- leveraging data and analytics to measure success of design projects
- concept and design new features, end-to-end journey flows, wireframes, etc.
- analyzing qualitative research to better understand their customers

The Customer Experience Designer will have:
- at least 3 years experience in UX or CX design
- a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design or related
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop - Adobe XD would be nice to have
- Experience designing for digital (web/mobile/product) and print within brand guideline
- experience working within the food/beverage or restaurant industry is preferred
