Technical Project Manager - Fully Remote/Off-site

Our healthcare agency client is Technical Project Manager to join their team for a 6 month assignment that could extend or convert to full time/salary.

Client is open to remote workers who can work on the Eastern or central time zone working hours.

Technical Project Manager Responsibilities will include:
- Work with cross-functional teams
- Lead projects through entire software development life cycle
- Serving as the connecter between deployment and engineering for all requirements and design considerations
- Create, support, and maintain functional and technical requirements as well as other business and project-based documentation
- Communicating with internal clients to determine client needs, project scope, project budgets, coordinating schedules and ensuring that projects are delivered on time.
- Creating and maintain project tasks and timelines and ensure that development teams are organized and project resources are used efficiently.

Technical Project Manager Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in an agency setting
- 3 years of experience managing technical or operations teams
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and .Net
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Expertise leading full website builds, CMS integration and/or mobile app development
- Demonstrated expertise using project ,management tools and methodologies like Scrum and Waterfall
- Previous experience working with mobile and desktop applications
- Understands budgets and forecasting
- Possess an understanding of best practices in project planning, delivery and resource allocation.
- Expert-level knowledge of creative process and SDLC.
- Excellent communicator with ability to talk to developers and communicate effectively on the technical level
