Project Manager - WFH during Covid-19

Our agency client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team for 4+ months starting in early June.

This Project Manager will be part of a large cross-functional team that works (virtually currently) across geographies and timezones. This Project Manager will work specifically for one large account on a significant initiative to update a large quantity of web content.

What you'll be doing as the Project Manager in this role:
- Leading projects in all phases planning/replanning, timelines and budgets (maintaining them as well).
- Working with leads, creative and tech team: Copy, Design, Art Director, Content Author, Dev, QA and Accessibility.
- Collaborating with other PMs in time zones that will require off hour calls.
- Managing project resources responsible for deliverables including requirements/user stories, UX/creative documentation, data measurement strategy, analytics tagging documentation, dashboard reporting, and site implementation/testing.
-Developing and tracking project plans for individual tracks of work (as part of a larger project plan).
-Clarifying and communicating project objectives and success criteria.
-Managing and controlling project scope and the change control process
-Driving project delivery through effective use of internal and client status meetings
-Assisting Project Managers in managing client relationships and preparing for client meetings.
-Developing relationships with appropriate client stakeholders.
-Providing day-to-day contact for client on track related communications
-Assuring that projects are delivered according to schedule and within budget

Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years experience as a Project Manager with experience working on Website related projects preferably have worked at a digital agency or consulting firm.
- Bonus: Auto industry experience.
- Comfortable leading small-medium tracks of work or supporting a Sr. PM on larger tracks.
- Can accommodate meetings before or after standard work hours to work with geographically disparate teams.
- Experience managing third-party partner and/or vendor relationships, as necessary
- Excellent client service and proven experience developing relationships with appropriate client stakeholders.
- Demonstrated team leadership capability, preferably with teams of 3+ people and project budgets of $250k or more.
- Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations, and run team meetings
- Successful history of client contact including experience in setting and managing client expectations
