Our commercial real estate client in downtown Philadelphia is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager! This FULL-TIME opportunity starts in February and will be REMOTE until COVID restrictions are lifted, thereafter requiring 3 to 4 days in office.

The Senior Marketing Manager will work in close collaboration with brokers to win business through the development of competitive pitches and proposals. Proposals will span multi-family, capital markets and industrial focuses.

As the primary marketing leader for both Philadelphia and Baltimore, the Senior Marketing Manager must have previous leadership experience, strong project management skills and work with and manage varying work styles and personalities.

Senior Marketing Manager Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ years' business development experience across commercial real estate, professional services, legal, architecture, construction or similar industries
- Strong writing skills - journalism background preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- General knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Senior Marketing Manager Responsibilities
- Lead, provide strategy for and execute proposals / client presentations in partnership with brokers
- Lead strategic direction for messaging, content, and marketing material development for proposals and presentations
- Manage requests or collect pertinent information and scope of services for requests
- Oversee development and management of project expectations, timelines, milestones and activities
- Write or oversee proposal / presentation content and review with key stakeholders
- Facilitate materials review and address feedback with key stakeholders
- Use local market competitive, client, and industry insights to drive strategy and optimize marketing spend ROI
- Ensure delivery of products that align with and support market-specific business objectives
- Manage team of graphic designers in both markets
- Oversee, manage, and lead execution of traditional marketing activities such as promotional videos and events
- Work with Research to capture market data & present
- Ensure team applies brand guidelines and standards to all activities
- Collaborate within and across markets to develop and share best practices
- Track and report monthly statistics, trends, key wins, major events, and other regional information to leadership
