Sr. UX Designer - 1 Year Contract - Fully Remote/Off-site

Rate Up to $70/hour, depending on experience.
Our leading healthcare client is looking for a Sr. UX Designer.

This role is fully remote, 40 hours/week, and 1 year+, with probability of converting to their full-time employee.

The ideal candidate:
- 7+ years' experience in UX Design
- Understanding of the Human Centered Design (HCD) process - this is critical, as their team practices HCD and product development.
- End-to-end knowledge of all stages of UX design (sketching, prototyping, iteration, refinement and eval)
- Proficient in Adobe CS, Sketch, Figma, Mural, Invision, etc.
- Can present your work to both internal teams and executive leadership
- Experience working in an agile environment

Day-to-day:
- Analyze research findings and recs to create user cases, user flow diagrams, navigation structures and IA to best optimize the UX of their digital platforms.
- Design interfaces for web, native apps, smart watches, kiosks, and health monitoring devices
- Create storyboards, wireframes, interface modules and pages, prototypes and design specs
- Understands and designs to meet WCAG 2.0 AA Accessibility standard
