Our client in Washington, DC is looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist to join their team. This position would be 40 hours a week, ONSITE. The ideal candidate will be able to concept and implement a marketing strategy across marketing, data, creative, and communication teams.

Duties:
- Lead the conception and creation of an intergrated marketing strategy based on customer insights, preferences, behavior to build brand awareness, conversion, and retention.
- Lead the development of a data driven multichannel marketing campaign
- Work as second in command to CMO and manage marketing team members
- Create the strategy to relaunch an already successful brand
- Partner with analytics team to perform regular analysis to identify marketing insights, revenue opportunities, and enhance the overall customer experience
- Develop strategies for year long campaign including digital, social, email to create brand loyalty, increase acquisition and retention
- Scale the brand to increase market share
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and development teams to ensure all branding strategy and messaging align with digital marketing efforts
- Communicate with C-suite regarding marketing strategy

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience building brand growth strategies
- Experience building marketing strategies for clients in the restaurant and hospitality industries
- Experience connecting and executing full year marketing campaigns that resulted in increased market share
- Experience with media buying - traditional and digital
