Event/Meeting Coordinator with Cvent - Hybrid

Our client is a Corporate Meetings team seeking an Event/Meeting Coordinator, know as the Project Coordinator, with Cvent skills. This is a freelance position that will be minimum 3 months, most likely closer to 6 months, and may possibly extend or convert. Hours will start at 20-25 per week in November then increase overtime, reaching 35-40/week come January 2022. Candidates must be local to travel to office and complete printing/shipping tasks onsite as needed (about 3x/week).

The Project Coordinator will:
- Build and launch registration sites and manage attendee lists in Cvent for clients' corporate meetings
- Create online reports and generate lists for hotel rooming, ground transportation arrivals/departures, and air travel
- Assist meeting participants with registration as needed
- Coordinate invites, confirmations, welcome packets, handouts, agendas, sign in sheets, badges, etc.
- Manage event creative deliverables with design team and prepare all printed materials for shipping

The Project Coordinator must have:
- 2+ years of experience in corporate/B2B event planning (meetings or conferences) preferably for pharma industry
- Proficiency in Cvent (other event software may be OK)
- Bachelor's degree
