Our client, a boutique luxury agency, is seeking a Account Manager/ Strategist to join their team full time.

This role is ONSITE for 3 days a week and remote for 2. A workstation will be provided onsite, but you will need your own computer when working at home. Fluency in French a plus for this role.

Senior Account Manager / Strategist Responsibilities:
- 50% account management 50% strategy
- Partner closely with Account and Creative team
- Support junior and mid-level account managers ensuring that everyone is aligned on client's ultimate goals and targets, enabling them with guidance and internal strategic help. 
- Ensure consistency in project scope, role definition, and performance expectations within individual capabilities and among project teams 
- Plan the overall workload of the internal teams and external freelancers.
- Develop and negotiate pitches, proposals, and budgets 
- Communicate project status on all campaigns and adjust resources and priorities accordingly
- Manage accounts through proper scope definition, risk management and change management protocols
- Develop and manage multiple projects across brands from initiation through implementation
- Maintain integrity of campaign across integrated channels such as Digital, Social and Print
- Approach clients at eye-level to build long term partnerships based on trust, honesty, and reliability.

Senior Account Manager / Strategist Qualifications:
- 6+ years’ experience within a marketing/ad agency (business development experience is a plus)
- Excellent knowledge of campaign workflows, and project management. You know how to ensure operational excellence within the team.
-Experience working on branding, marketing strategy, digital media + on and offline campaigns
- Operational know-how & understanding of performance marketing, brand building and KPIs: You know the full media landscape and all marketing channels and how they are used and interact. 
- Excellent knowledge of media and non-media solutions and their relationship with one another. You also understand market research, creative strategies, and brand building.
- You have a track record of creating compelling, strategic concept storytelling for pitches and client meetings, connecting all relevant areas of a client's business, and assessing long-term goals.
- You are excited to share your knowledge and mentor more junior members of your team. Succeeding as a team and collaboration within your organization are very important to you.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and development is something you always find time for, and you bring your learnings to your team and clients.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with networking and relationship building skills. Your friends and colleagues would confirm that empathy is one of your strong suits
- Excellent presentation and communications skills with an affinity with premium/luxury brands
