Our Retail client is seeking a Copywriter with Social Media / Paid Media experience to join their growing team!

This is hybrid role and will will require this person to work onsite 3-4 days a week, and vaccination is required.

Copywriter Responsibilities:
- Write compelling paid and social media ads
- Edit your own copy as well as other team members
- Ensure messaging is optimized for each channel and adheres to brand guidelines
- Work closely with the Paid Search team to ensure utilizing keywords
- Understand the customer journey and collaborate with business partners to optimize user flows and test creative
- Assess campaign results and understand what makes a good A/B test
- Work with marketing and designers to optimize ad placements for SEO
- Collaborate with the Project Management Team on timelines and process
- Utilize and interpret key business metrics, and reporting and analytics provided by our marketing team to inform copy, engage our customers and apply results to creative content strategy

Copywriter Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-4 years of Copy writing experience specifically writing for Social & Paid Media
- Fashion is a nice to have. Retail and ecommerce is ideal, but open to on industry background
- A strategic and feedback-driven approach to writing, testing and editing copy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of performance marketing/paid media, particularly in search, social and display
- Strong knowledge of SEO and A/B testing with experience creating and executing testing proposals
- Ability to understand key performance metrics and identify KPIs for paid media as it relates to creative
-Experience with reading data, distilling insights, and synthesizing key learnings and recommendations
- A strong storyteller who leverages customer stories and behavior to build broad empathy for their everyday lives and optimize the digital experience as it relates to copy and communication strategy
- A data-driven mindset with experience anchoring creative decisions in analytics
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook and Instagram ad platforms
- Proficiency with InDesign, and Box and Wrike Project Management tools are a plus
