Integrated Designer with PPT presentation skills - WFH during Covid-19

Our client is the Marketing & Content Creation team of a major electronics company seeking an Integrated Designer with PPT presentation skills. This is a 12-month, 40 hours/week contract role that starts remotely and will transition to a 2-3 day/week onsite schedule once the team returns to the office (date still TBD).

The Integrated Designer will:
- Create marketing and sales enablement materials as requested by division and directed by Sr. Mktg. Mgr.
- Follow branding guidelines and apply templates to design deliverables including brochures, social media content, data sheets, banner ads, signage, catalogues, emails, invitations, and PPTs (presentations are about 20% of work and range in size/audience/complexity)
- Maintain an organized library of digital assets and follow a highly detailed process for saving/naming files (there are 150-200 projects at any given time)
- Occasionally assist with writing and proofreading copy for short-form projects such as flyers and one-pagers
- Manage project workload based on priority level and refocus as needed to meet deadlines for urgent requests

The Integrated Designer must have:
- At least 3 years of experience in print and digital graphic design, production design, and presentation design
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite AND PowerPoint
- Organization skills and familiarity with brand guidelines
- Ability to shift gears in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Bachelor's degree in design, communications, or related
