Retention Marketing Coordinator - Hybrid

Our client, one of the largest sports entertainment companies, is seeking a Retention Marketing Coordinator to join their team 40 hours per week on an ongoing basis. This role is currently remote but their is an expectation to be onsite possibly 1-2x per week, TBD.

As the Retention Marketing Coordinator you will work closely with the CRM Manager to implement the CRM campaigns and drive retention through all appropriate CRM channels, including email marketing. You will develop and carry out CRM strategy and define campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize customer retention.

Responsibilities:

- Organizing segmentation and automation for email journeys within CRM tool
- Use in house CRM tool(s) to build segments; compile, track and report campaign results
- Assist with KPI optimization across channels inclusive of engagement with email KPIs including deliverability, open rates, click rates, conversion rates, opt-out rates, as well as engagement with in-app, push notifications when available
- Run A/B or multivariant testing on various CRM campaigns to establish which is the most effective
- Coordinate approval process for marketing communications

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years’ experience in Marketo or a similar platform
- Experience with email HTML and email automation
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with mobile marketing and multi-channels platforms a plus

* This is a Hybrid role, 100% remote to date but the expectation is to come onsite in Jersey City possibly 1-2x per week/ month. TBD
