Our client, a startup content creation studio with a focus on binge-able content is currently looking to hire a Social Media / Digital Marketing Manager to join their team full time.

Please note, this opportunity is onsite in NYC to start out. There is flexibility after time for this to become a hybrid remote/onsite opportunity.

Social Media / Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Work in a small team focused on all aspects of social media (primarily TikTok / Instagram) campaigns for clients
- Manage the set up and execution of all paid social campaigns for clients, primarily within the music and entertainment space on social media platforms
- Work closely with the clients to assist with implementing, maintaining, and enhancing the paid social campaigns (client facing)
- Assist the team in creative ideation and brainstorming sessions
- Participate in campaign kickoffs to understand campaign objectives and critical metrics, ensuring a flawless and timely campaign execution
- Monitor campaigns throughout for optimization and reporting
- Assist in the creation of campaign briefs with sales team, and client interaction to ensure all assets are delivered and executed on time, on brief and correctly (including billing / invoices)
- Stay on top of the ad campaigns to ensure they are hitting KPIs for clients
- Create the campaign wrap reports

Social Media / Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years of ad operations, account management or paid social media ad management while also having solid digital media industry knowledge and a desire to learn more about the digital media industry
- A passion for social media, targeting generation Z with an instinct for what works on Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with client facing ability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline and detailed oriented start up environment where all hands are on deck and teamwork is key
- Ability to stay flexible as client needs and business objectives change, sometimes wearing multiple hats within the start up to get the job done!
